Sourdough Candied Pecans

Join us for a hands-on Sourdough Candied Pecans Class where we turn simple ingredients into a deeply flavorful, crunchy treat you can recreate at home.

In this interactive workshop, you’ll learn how to work with a sourdough-based coating to create perfectly caramelized candied pecans with a rich, balanced sweetness and a crisp finish. We’ll cover mixing, coating techniques, baking for even caramelization, and how to store or package them for gifting. Each participant will make their own batch, enjoy a tasting during class, and leave with a container of freshly made candied pecans along with the recipe and step-by-step guidance to recreate them confidently in your own kitchen. Perfect for holiday gifting, snack prep, or adding a unique handmade item to your baking repertoire. No prior sourdough experience required—just come ready to mix, bake, and snack.
