Beginning on Monday, July 20, a 3% service fee will be applied to all registrations and purchases made by card, whether online or in person.
Due to rising credit card processing costs, this fee is being passed on to help us remain fiscally responsible while continuing to provide the quality services our community expects.
To avoid this fee, patrons may pay by cash or check at any facility or add funds to their household accounts. E-check payments are also available online and include a $1 processing fee.
Households enrolled in automatic billing programs, including C.A.R.E., preschool, gymnastics, memberships, and others will receive additional information from their program manager regarding account updates.
