Access to Birchwood Recreation Center from the South Gate is currently restricted. This gate will stay locked until Memorial Day. Please use Illinois Avenue for all entry and exit.
Birchwood Recreation Center is home to group fitness, preschool, summer day camp, and toddler programs. The gymnasium is host to various indoor sports, such as archery, basketball, and Pickleball. Birchwood Recreation Center is host to many popular special events.
Birchwood Facility Coordinator
The gymnasium is ideal for athletic events and private parties of up to 150 people. Birchwood Gymnasium amenities include refrigerator, freezer, and sound system. Birchwood Recreation Center meeting room can accommodate groups up to 25 people. Birchwood also has a number of different Birthday Party Packages to choose from for the perfect celebration!

Our state licensed Preschool for 3-5 year old’s provides a warm, accepting environment where learning is fun. Experienced teachers offer a variety of developmentally appropriate activities designed to help children learn and grow socially, emotionally, physically, and intellectually.
Registration for Preschool is available to In-District and Out-of-District members and can be completed online or in-person at any of our Recreation Centers.
